The staff at check in gave me all the info that I needed. The location was in a perfect spot to get around.

The modern design in the guest rooms felt out of place to me. The shower leaked into the room SO the floor was always wet. there was NO place to hang a towel. These things MATTER.

The location was superb. It allowed easy access to all the main attractions and sights. The staff demonstrated really good kindness, assisting with every request and concern I raised. I also received a complimentary transport card, offering free travel on local transport.

The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I experienced disruptive noise from nearby trams throughout the night, which impacted my sleep quality.

The hotel had a rooftop patio with seating and umbrellas. It was only accessible by walking the last set of stairs. The room had amazing bedding with a pillow menu. The hotel gave a bar of chocolate on check out, a NICE touch.

There was A LOT of noise. I read complaints online about noise problems with this place. There were trains on one side.
